No refunds will be provided for purchased tickets, even if the event is rescheduled.
Security procedures, including frisking, are at the sole discretion of the management.
Dangerous or hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, and musical instruments, are strictly prohibited. Such items may be confiscated, and the owner may be denied entry or removed from the venue.
The sponsors, performers, and organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring during the event. Any related disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
Entry may be denied to individuals who are in an intoxicated or inebriated state.
The organizers reserve the right to deny late entry to the event.
Venue rules and regulations apply at all times.
Age Limit: Open to all age groups.
Wheelchair access is available only for specific categories. Please refer to the venue layout before completing your booking.
An internet handling fee per ticket may be applicable. Please review the final amount before making payment.
Guests are advised to arrive at least 60 minutes before the event for smooth entry.
Backpacks, handbags, and other baggage are not permitted inside the venue. No storage facility will be available.
The event is subject to government approval. If the required permissions are not granted and the event is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
Any unlawful resale or attempted resale of tickets may result in ticket cancellation or seizure without any refund or compensation.
Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entry point. Anyone found violating the rules may be denied entry or removed from the venue without a refund.
Organizers, their agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, loss, or expenses incurred during or as a result of the event.
Parking at or near the venue is entirely at the vehicle owner's risk. The organizers are not responsible for any damage or theft.
Professional cameras, recording devices, weapons, ammunition, outside food, bottled water, beverages, alcohol, and cigarettes are not allowed. Food and beverages will be available inside the venue.
Rights of admission are reserved, even for valid ticket holders.
Organizers are not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from food or beverages consumed at the venue.
Persons suspected of carrying prohibited items or engaging in illegal activities may be searched.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
By attending the event, the ticket holder grants the organizers the perpetual right to use photographs, videos, or recordings of their appearance for broadcast, advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes worldwide.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee found violating these terms and conditions without any refund.
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue: GoPro cameras, backpacks, liquor, outside food, cigarettes, sharp objects, cameras, pets, e-cigarettes, lighters, drones, weapons, inflammable substances, helmets, illegal substances, perfumes, and deodorants.
The organizer reserves the right to reserve, allocate, reallocate, or withhold any seat, area, or space within the venue across any ticket category.
Attendees may reserve tickets and eligible add-ons by paying 50% of the total amount at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid by the Due Date displayed on the District website or application.
The "Pay 50% and Reserve" option is available only for bookings made on District before 30th August 2026, or any other date specified by District at its sole discretion.
Tickets and add-ons will be confirmed only after the full payment is successfully received on or before the Due Date.
If the remaining balance is not paid by the Due Date, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The initial 50% reservation amount will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Tickets, ticket categories, or add-ons may temporarily appear as "Sold Out" due to reservations made by other attendees. If reserved tickets are not fully paid by the Due Date, they may become available for purchase again at a price determined by the organizer.
